I first discovered Cold Stone back in March, and I’ve been hooked on the Berry Berry Berry Good ever since. I’ve visited at least seven times, and while our most recent experience wasn’t the best, Ms. Geetha completely turned things around. As soon as she learned about what happened, she went above and beyond to make things right and made us feel truly appreciated as customers. Her kindness and professionalism turned a disappointing visit into a wonderful experience. Because of her, I’ll definitely continue coming back. Thank you, Ms. Geetha!

This is the quart size. I asked before we ordered if they fill it to the top and was assured yes for that price definitely. When we got home and opened the continer it was alittle over an inch missing thats a bowl worth of ice cream. Won't be back. Really trying to not be petty but seriously for 15 bucks I feel like im missing atleast 5 bucks worth of ice cream. My wife's was full to the top.

Four of us were in the mood for a sweet treat so off we went to Cold Stone Creamery. Only one person was working, but she had an amazing attitude! No matter how many customers sauntered in, she greeted each person with a smile. The dining area was also very clean. The ice cream and fixings were on point as usual. Hubby absolutely loved his chocolate devotion. lol

This place is run amazingly from top to bottom! They were super helpful while I was making my choices, and even took special care of me since I was having such a terrible day. I’ll be referring all of my clients here moving forward. Please stop by and check them out — amazing customer service!

First time to go by here. Place was clean and organized well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We decided on this place for the chocolate dairy free option for my wife. Customer service was spectacular, above and beyond. I tried the peanut butter cup perfection and my wife got the chocolate dairy free with pecans, made from Silk Almond Milk. The ice cream was great, we both loved the freshness and flavor. We both got chocolate dipped waffle bowls, medium for my wife and large for me. It was a lot, probably could have just down the ice cream not the waffle bowls. We will definitely come here again in the future.
